Scheduled an appointment to get a wash, cut ,blow dry and style. Went in to get it done and they said they don't feel comfortable styling my hair as they don't know how. They cut my hair is all and it was absolutely awful. Thanks to great clips they fixed all your mistake and did everything else you were supposed to do and didnt. So my daughters senior pictures will still look good. I would not recommend smart styles to do anyone's hair.
Got my son a haircut & when paying I was asked for a tip. Should be told her to practice giving haircuts cause it was crooked. Had it redone next day.
Horrible service, staff rude and misleading price! I have asked to dry my hair with a brush styling and she use only hairdryer and the brush only like a support!!!! Before the hair was dry she said me "I've done"! But my hair wasn't dry!!! So she continued but for two times happened the same: I have done ....but my hair wasn't dry! Non fatevi mai i capelli qui. Dichiara un prezzo per la messa in piega che in realtà non fa: appoggia il phon ai capelli usando la spazzola solo come sostegno. Poi dice di aver finito a capelli ancora bagnati. Anche insistendo sono uscita con i capelli umidi e ho avuto mal di testa tutto il giorno.

My hair is shorter on one side than the other and in order to fix it, I'd have to cut my hair to my chin! I can't wait to find out this girls name but when I do, I hope no one else goes to her! Absolute did not know ANYTHING about cutting hair. She didn't part my hair down the middle, didn't spray it down with water to make sure she cut everything evenly, NOTHING!
