Service is horrible. Kim has a bad attitude. My nails were lumpy and the pedicure it supposed to be fancy but only take 20mins for $50.
This nail shop is amazing. Bobby did my ombré coffin set and he had me laughing the entire time. He was so nice and welcoming. You walk in feeling like family. I am a true and honest yelper and I recommend this place to all. Super clean and spacious. Very nice spot in quiet location. Everyone better come asap. I didn't get the lady name who did my pedi but she was amazing too.
I've been coming here for about 1 year 1/2 . Prices went up and quality took a dive. Nail polishes are old and it leaves your nails lumpy and tiny bubbles. I gave it a few chances but now it's time to move on. The girl (African American) who did my fills was very quiet and didn't even greet me. What a way to lose clientele. She effed up my cuticles, too! Ugh! Anyhow, I broke a nail and I came in and I was thrilled to know Bobby was going to fix it, big mistake! Not only was he frustrated with not finding the color of my nails, but he was rushing and in the process he cut me! His appointment was already there waiting to be worked on. Not my fault they can't manage their time. Also, the nail he put on was crook it. Smh!! Yep, it's time to move on. I will attached a video so you can see my results.
Brought mom to Sky, on a Saturday evening, she had Mr.Van do her pedicure today and he did an amazing job, he is very patient takes his time to make her feel relax and welcomed and mom admitted he did a great job cutting her stubborn big toe nails to perfection, all while i hanged out drinking a beer from rite aid listening to xmas music in one of those time rolling chairs, wish i had one of those for when i work on the cars at home
What is the point of scheduling an appointment and calling to confirm the appointment just to go in and have them tell me to sit down and wait because they're busy. Not the way a business should be run.
