Really bad service I didn't like how they cut my hair I don't recommended cuz is bad service and expensive and they don't know how to cut hair
Horrible. Took my son on 12/8/22. I left Supercuts to save $8 with family cuts. Worst decision that day. Told the lady to give my son a zero with a little drop in the back, saying I didn't want zero all around straight. She gave my son a taper and said that's what I asked for. I explained to her what I wanted again but by then I noticed she does not know how to blend the fade. She "fixed" it but left my son patchy and horrible job at a fade. Spend the extra money and go to another spot.
We are devastated! The Asian lady with the Ling hair just cut my daughters hair. We asked for a trim, and we are leaving with a 14 year old girl with a boys hair cut. This is Ridiculous!
This is not a family establishment. The woman that cut my boys hair today has cut them before and was very rude. Her face says it all that she does not like cutting kids. Could not greet them; did not cut their hair how I requested. I asked for a hard part, she continued to act like I wasn't asking for that and said my boy didn't want that, when I asked my son, he said yes, he did. My other son she made cry after I asked her to fix the cut she gave him his hard part was crooked and jagged across his forehead, With so many other places to go....this place should be more friendly, precise and accommodating. Never will I go here again for my kids.

I told her several times hey its patchy and her reply was it's JUST HIS HEAD SHAPE! I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR OR ASKED FOR. DO NOT GO HERE!! 12.95 DOWN THE DRAIN!
