my friend went to get her hair done recently so i tagged along, the atmosphere was absolutely horrible. the owner, roxanne, was verbally degrading to some of her employees which isn't a good look for an owner. the hair was fine, but considering the owners personality, i wouldn't want to be giving them any of my money. especially considering how high the cost of the service is without being able to tip the stylists. they better be getting paid 40+ an hour to put up with the horrible management.
Great relaxing vibe! They are very efficient here but you don't feel rushed. Marcee took time to get to know me and my hair before suggesting what she wanted to do. She did a great job! Excellent product recommendations without a hard sell. Love this place!
