LADIES BEWARE!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. Any lady who has ever gotten their lashes done by a talented and trained lash tech will immediately be dissatisfied with the result they get when they come here. I've been getting lashed for years. Mink, high-quality individual lashes by a licensed esthetician who does beautiful work. After she relocated to Orland it became harder for me to make it to her, I decided to try this place. It's conveniently located and the pricing is reasonable IF you're getting a full set of correctly, well placed lashes. Full transparency, I pay just as much to the girl that actually knows what she is doing ($120 for a full set) as this place charged me. I have come to expect my lashes to last 3-4 weeks and look great the whole time. They typically shed individually, slowly, over time with your natural lash. It's worth it to me...until I came here. I asked for a wispy hybrid set. I wanted them to look natural, with the softness that the wispy sets offer. I was charged $120 for this set. I provided pictures of what I wanted. Instead, I got volume lashes (that don't look natural at all), and was told she gave me "extra glue" (something I didn't want and have never been offered before). It was thick, and when it set it became sharp and irritating like sandpaper. The lashes were placed directly on the skin of my lash line, and began to pull and detach, causing redness, soreness, burning, and minor swelling, before detaching and pulling my natural lashes off completely. This continued to happen in large chunks until they all came off. I have never had this experience in all the years I've been getting lashes. I also got my brows threaded this day, and was cut with the thread so badly that my brow was sore for days - another experience I have NEVER had ANYWHERE else. I texted Sita at the number she provided me for booking, and she told me to send her pics and claimed this has never happened to any other girl and that it isn't her problem and she wouldn't be issuing a refund, rather I could come and "get it fixed" as an alternative (as if I was going to let her touch my face again). To top it off, "fixing it" wasn't even a realistic alternative since I had no natural lash at all in some places across my lash line to affix an extension to. I told her this was unacceptable and that her rude treatment is something that shouldn't be an acceptable business practice. She then proceeded to tell me that she would offer a partial refund but that she needed to cover her time and materials. I was patient, yet never received this partial refund. I waited a couple of weeks before reaching back out, still frustrated that I can't even wear mascara without enhancing the fact that there is half my lash missing, and she then denied offering a refund, told me that they will not offer a refund of any kind, and was rude to me again, blaming me for the poor service I received. I don't really bother will leaving reviews in general unless I've had an extraordinarily good or bad experience worth nothing, but this is absolutely ridiculous. The shop is dirty, I doubt shes properly trained or certified, and she it botching women's faces left and right and clearly doesn't care because she makes zero effort to rectify situations where the customer was physically injured and proceeds to argue with every negative review left, claiming that we are all just a bunch of liars. Honestly the city should not let this continue. Sita has a lawsuit on her hands if these women wanted to recoup their money and receive payment for damages to their physical bodies. I have pictures that speak for themselves. Save your money. You've been warned.

Don't go here for henna! I was told it would cost $60 for the design I wanted on both hands first red flag, my design wasn't even big or that detailed & they wanted to charge extra because I didn't want red henna. Then when I asked for black henna some excuse was given, but then they "found" some black cones. They said the black henna is more expensive when it's actually not. I have the same cones they used and they're cheap, the color doesn't last long either. My design came out nothing like the picture it was so ugly and sloppy I cried. I ended up only getting 1 hand done that's how bad it was. I paid $25 and it's already fading into brown after 1 shower. Better off using stencils and doing it yourself at home.

Services were quick, efficient, and professional. I truly appreciate Sita taking me as a walk-in. Prices were very reasonable for my touch up lash extensions and I truly appreciate her taking the time to effectively match up my lashes with what she had on hand.

Sita is awesome! Knowledgeable and skilled. I was a walk in appointment and she was very patient and understanding as to what I already had and how to best match my lashes. Plus she was very skilled and reasonably priced too. I will definitely be back!!
