July 15th 2023 Today was my first time in this particular salon / first time getting a designed no chip manicure. The nail tech was very nice and understanding and did an awesome job I would highly recommend this location I will for sure be going back soon I love my nails!
Angie always does a great job on my nails. I will not go to another salon. Mike and Angie own and operate a very efficient business. Appointments are the best way to get in and out. Walk-in May take more time. If you want a beautiful mani-pedi this is the place to go.
I was so disappointed with this place. Firstly, the method of sterilizing tools is shocking. She sprayed one side of 1 tool with something, hopefully alcohol and not water, and then wiped it with the dirty towel under my hands that she was working over and popped it back in the drawer. Gross. Secondly, the manicurist was exceptionally rude. She had very pointed questions in response to any request- things like how long have you lived in this country (as if to suggest I do not know how getting nails done works.) One would wonder who is the customer and who is responsible for providing a service. She kept contradicting what I requested insisting that what she was doing was better for me. She even broke skin on one of my fingers despite my telling her multiple times to STOP pushing back my cuticles. She argued and continued to do it with more ferocity. I also noticed the guy working on a pedicure was being very pushy with the client insisting on what he wanted to do differently even though she kept explaining over and over exactly what she wanted done. I asked for a specific red color of polish and instead she picked out a pink color and when I realized that it was pink when she started to apply it, I told her, and her response was really despicable. Instead of offering to remove it and apply the red I requested, she said "it just looks pink because of your skin shade". The people working here really seem off. Just 2 days later the polish is already cracking off. They just do not care and are not afraid to show it.
1st time coming three months ago I got a no chip On my hands and feet ... the lady which was the owners sister did an amazing job on my pedicure.... But the owner rushed on my nails and I had to come back to get three of my nails repainted because they had chipped not even a week after getting them done .. I stopped going all together because they were rude about it ... i went back today to get a pedicure ... They had me soaking in the water for 30 mins wish had pretty much got cold after 20 mins while the owners sloppy husband stood in the front and fiddle with his phone after he was done with his client. I dried my feet off start putting my shoes then they decided to say something... I told them I would go some where else and the owner mumbled something under her breath ... then she started to spray the water in the pedicure bowl while I was still sitting there putting my shoes on. My mother has heard other customers make racist remarks while the owner and her husband say nothing. Definitely wouldn't recommend!
