Would not recommend. If you are dissatisfied, they will not offer any resolution, just tell you that you shouldn't be unhappy because your haircut looks better than what you walked in with.
What a horrible experience this was. I will be wearing a hat for the next 6 months. After crying for the past hour and not being able to look in the mirror, I am finally able to write this. My hair looks terrible to the point that I won't even show my friends or family. I asked for an easy trim with some layers and what I got is the shortest my hair has ever been with uneven layers and overall not what I wanted. I'm not sure what was worse, her taking a phone call during the hair cut or randomly telling me that a strand of blonde hair in my head is grey (it quite literally is not). Overall, I am beyond upset with the service and will 1000% never return and I encourage everyone to reconsider this salon unless you are looking to be extremely disappointed with your haircut.
I've been coming here for years and I'm now brining my teenage son. I initially worked with Jessica, but when she left I started working with the owner. She does a great job and knows which cuts look good on me - I'm never disappointed. A cut and color is a reasonable price and everyone is always super nice. Their nail person, Tai, is great as well. I generally work in a pedi when get my hair done. Overall, great place and can't wait for them to open again!
Sandra, nail technician, continues to amaze me with her keen attention to detail and outstanding customer service! I'd rather wait to see Sandra than go somewhere else in the city!
Larisa has been my hairstylist for over 7 years (probably more). I've followed her from her previous work place to here because she does an amazing job. She's not only talented, but she's super sweet and stylish! I highly recommend her!
