The stylist quoted me $160 after looking at my hair, reviewing a photo of what I wanted and discussing the plan and when I checked out I was charged $250 - with no cut, no style, no flatiron and no blow dry. Also the highlights did not come close to matching the photo I showed her - they were much less. Also she put something on my scalp and it burned - she said it was peroxide. I felt lack of communication and lack of performance. Be careful to get your price quote in writing.
Last time I was here was six years ago only because I don't do much with my hair. I felt it was time and went to see my favorite hairdresser Carmen for some curls and then Denise for my highlights. They did not disappoint. I don't trust anyone with my hair but I felt so comfortable and felt I was in great hands. Love my new hair! Thank you Carmen and Denise!
I relocated to San Antonio less than a week ago and was due for a Keratin treatment to control the frizzies. I had read excellent reviews about this establishment. I called and actually spoke to one of the "sisters," who fit me in the next day. The salon was attractive, well organized, and clean. Marcell was experienced, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. She left my hair looking brand new. I highly recommend this salon not only for the deep conditioning treatment, but for the variety of services it offers. The entire staff and ambiance are an added bonus!
It's so hard to find a decent place to get my hair cut. You'd think a guy's haircut would be simple enough, but I've been through lots of haircut places. The Sisters know what they're doing and I've been Happy with every single haircut I've gotten! They listen, take their time and really work to make sure you look tour best when you leave.
