Regis Salons in San Antonio, TX

They took my name and number down on a post it note and told me it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait because the other lady had just stepped out. She said they'd call me when she returned. She made sure I was aware that the cut would be over $50. I said that it would be fine and once again confirmed that the wait would only be 10 to 15 minutes. After walking around for almost 10 minutes I walked back to the salon and waited right outside for the phone call. I waited for almost an hour and confronted them when she called another customer that had just walked in back to her chair. She stated she didn't know I was still waiting because I wasn't inside the establishment and although she saw me waiting, she didn't know what I was waiting for them and the other lady must not have known that she had to call me. She was smiling the whole time like she thought it was funny. Worst customer service ever.

Araceli is my miracle worker!! She asked questions about my hair and I told her I had been to at least 6 different high end salons wanting to go back to my dark brown roots. Nobody would listen and I'd always leave with lighter, almost blonde hair. Araceli listened and gave me several options for dark hair color. I am so pleased with the color and have gotten so many compliments on how healthy my hair looks and how much younger I look :). This was my first time getting hair color at this location, I will continue to frequent this location because of the atmosphere and friendly, knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend.

I've had a hair color and shampoos by Sandra. I have just relocated to San Antonio and looking for a stylist. Salon is in a mall, tends to be noisy and crowded. Services good, prices are a little on the high side for what you get. I would recommend an advance appointment with Sandra. She is a good listener and provided the color & style services I requested. I would highly recommend her.

My stylist Araceli is experienced and works with your requests , asks you several questions about your hair to determine if what you ask is going to be attainable. She advises on care after hair color and includes blow dry and style without added fees. Hair color with Araceli for this whole year has been amazing considering I had no prior knowledge on hair coloring and those prior jobs before were horrible. Her haircuts are truly spectacular ! She has the magic touch to get you volume, shine , style and ready for a night out :) I never used to tip for jobs I didn't like much but with her , she gets me coming back!! Tip and all!
