Read this before you go to this business.... I booked a appointment with this salon to get burgundy box braids. I loved the hairstyle but it was way too tight on my scalp ... Being a young adult that always gets her hair done I knew the braids were gonna be tight .. & they take about 3/4 weeks to loosen up. After A week and a half of having the braids my braid fell out right in front of my co workers ... with my HAIR in it !!! ... that's every girls worst nightmare.... I then went to the salon to try to get my full refund back I paid 250 ...I even offered to get half of my money back which I shouldn't have but I did ..... I asked to talk to her in private because she had a costumer & second it's embarrassing ... all she keep saying was " I didn't do it ". " I can't give you your refund but I can give you hair treatment ". " you did this to your own hair ". She was involving the costumer not jus that she was yelling .. and after 2 times of me asking for her information she didn't say anything . I then asked again and she told me to take the business card...in general this place is very unprofessional..... save your money .... I asked several hairstylist about this and myself and them know this is completely wrong ....
No wait, salon was clean and masks were worn. Can buy hair at the store, stylists were friendly, quick and did a great job! Will return again and recommend a friend!
I've been going to Sisters Hair Braiding for about 10 years now. I live about an 1 north or this salon and still I continue to travel here ever time I need my Locs retwisted and styled. They have been great trough out the years and they are the best in the area for Dred Loc treatment and maintenance! I highly recommend anyone starting or maintaining locs to go see the sisters at Sisters Hair Braiding!
This shop is junky and not as clean as it could be. And I had a 20-25 minute wait. However, Betty did a wonderful job washing and braiding my hair. The price is right too. I have received many compliments.
I've been to this braiding shop several times to get my hair styled. Their work/final product is good. A couple weeks ago I took my mom there to get a braid style with bun for a vacation and she did an excellent job. The only reason I did not give them five stars is I think they need to create a more efficient process for making appointments. The pics attached are styles they did for me and my mom.
