Nail Spa in Woodbridge, VA

My 3rd visit in 10 years. The first visit didn't go well. The owner's husband was on the phone so much, I asked him if I could get my nails completed, he said i needed to have patience while he answers the phone. Didn't go back for 10 years. Decided to give it a try (it's walking distance from my house), I walked in no appt. The wife Mimi started removing my nails without asking me anything, I quickly advised her I needed a fill only. She said I don't do fills for powder gels. I said okay, I didn't know it was the first time I got them. She never spoke to me about what I wanted. I tried to tell her, she was busy talking over me, so I stopped talking. Meanwhile her male employee is repeating 100 times over we are the professionals, we know what you need. I was like who asked him? As Mimi continued to work on my nails, I asked her to please clean her tools as i could see they had dust on them from the previous customer. She said if you don't like it bring your own tools, because I cleaned them last night. I said you should clean them after each customer. SMH. In the end, she did not match the powder color on my nails and my hands did not match. A hot mess. I will never step in her establishment again. They are not hygenic, and disrepectul. I had my translator on my phone on. They talked about me being picky and too clean. Who doesn't want a clean experience? Never again. I'll just do my own nails. Invest in myself not them. I would give them a negative 10 stars if I could.

Worst pedicure EVER. Got seated in the chair at 3:12 and pedicure was complete at 3:30. This included the so called leg massage. Not worth my time to complain. Just NEVER going back regardless of how convenient the shop is. Do not waste your $30.00-Go elsewhere where the establishment cares about doing a good job.

Great experience! Very clean and spacious salon. I had a pedicure with gel polish and a dip French manicure with Kimi. Bring cash for tipping.

this place has gone downhill. mimi fights with customers when they give one complaint. I asked her to go shorter she said she couldn't. I asked if she could do my design she said she could, and couldn't. she wouldn't even give me a refund on it when clearly she didn't do a good job. this atrocity is what I walked out with.

Great place to get your nails done! Very clean and you are able to socially distance while you are there. I would recommend going here even during the pandemic
