Booked an appointment with Shree on Sunday, for Box Braids, she recommended the hair that she preferred using, pre stretched braid hair! The hair was purchased, but when we got there at 8:30 am she decided that it was not enough hair even though we purchased the amount she said to purchase! She made every excuse why she didn't think the hair would work, same brand that she requested but was 2 inches longer! She then says well I can put two big braids on each side! She used that hair that she didn't like to make the two cornrows. She gelled the hair before braiding it and charged 65.00 for Two Braids and a teaspoon of gel! By the time we got home the gel was white on top of her hair! Will never go back and would never recommend her to any one! She did mention to my daughter that she could braid her hair at her house! My daughter would never do that!!
These ladies are super heroes. After an unexpected change of events that left me stomping around Little Elm looking like I was unloved and stumbling in to the Sola Suites in search of someone to save the day, they did just that! They squeezed me in as a walk-in, washed, blow dried and flat ironed my hair all in less than an hour. My scalp feels clean and amazing and even received some feedback on how to get my hair back to healthy. Thank God for you, they have a new customer.
The salon is professional and inviting. As a first time client, I walked in and immediately felt comfortable. Shree was wonderful and did an amazing job on our daughter's box braids. Definitely our new salon!
Shree did my 9 year old daughter's box braids and my crochet senegalese twists. They both look great. I love that she truly cares about the health of your hair and not just about getting the braids in. We will definitely be returning!
Absolutely wonderful experience! The sisters are a pleasure to speak with and Mrs. Shree provided perfect braiding services. She was very accommodating and her work was impeccable. She is a total hair care professional. She provided information regarding braid maintenance products to use between appointments. I plan to become a regular client!
