If I could I would give this place zero stars!!! Actually negative stars. To start off with I brought my 7 month old in her stroller and as I was struggling to get in the door the lady at the desk (no one else was in the salon! I was the first person to get there) just stood there and watched me struggle. Second I was informed after 20 min of waiting (10 min in my car because they didn't open until 10) that the chick lost her car keys! Um you just now noticed! You couldn't have called and informed me you would be late so we could change the appointment time? Before I woke my baby up from her nap and rushed over here to be on time? If I didn't have a baby I wouldn't care but I mean come on. It's common curtesy to inform your client you will not be in on time.
Little bit pricey but good customer service and stylists. I can't remember who did my cut but she was thorough and a very good conversationalist
Leigh runs a clean, efficient salon. She is friendly and amazing at anything you need done to your hair! My family of adults has been going to Leigh Jacobs Salon for over 5 years. Cuts, color, highlights, low lights... you name it. We would recommend Leigh, or an associate stylist, to anyone looking for a professional and up to date salon!
This salon is wonderful! I was able to get an appointment for a haircut and style very easily. Kimberly was so friendly and helpful when deciding the type of haircut. She listened and offered great advice. The salon is beautiful and clean and prices are reasonable. I will definitely be back!
