Simply You Day Spa in Rogersville, TN

This spa is amazing.  You are always greeted by  smiling faces.  Whitney does an amazing job with color and cuts.  I also have my nails and eyelashes done too.  Great job!

Only thing good about this place was the massage! I got gel nails and in less than a week it is already coming off. Don't think what they use is that great!

I got a gentleman's pedicure because I've lost mobility in my hips so need someone to help me maintain my toenails.
It took 20 minutes of me sitting there before I was greeted.
The work was fine. Though they charged me 3 dollars more than they show on their menu price. What's up with that?
Also, seriously, been in town for a month. Have been meeting some of the nicest people I could imagine. Super friendly folks. Except for the woman who did my service. Hardly said a word to me. Said more to the other nail tech, who was friendly to me. I was even greeted by another guest on my way out with the kind of hospitality I've been getting since moving into town.
I need someone to help with my feet ask I'll probably have to go back, but I sure don't want the same person.
I'd honestly rather find a different place to go, it smelled horrible, over perfumed essential oil in the air was just nasty.

I was pretty disappointed with the limited services and manners of the staff. I wanted to get my nails done with a friend, but the lady at the front said we would have to book an appointment at least a month out, which is understandable. Then, she told us to go to L & T Nails because I could probably understand the people working there. Completely unnecessary comment that made me think twice about booking an appointment here.

I cannot believe the roller-coaster I've had to go through with this establishment.
If you're given a certificate (which you didn't ask for) after a bad experience, you should be allowed to use it however you please, not with rules and stipulations attached to every service.
If the manager makes an error when charging you at check out, they should not be calling you at nine at night to tell you how much you supposedly owe them.
I have paid for multiple services including full package spa days here and for each one, the manager has either mislead me to conditions, left out services, or nickeled-and-dimed me to death with pricing so trivial that even she became confused trying to explain them.
I have a $40 credit here from services they left out (or it could be $7 credit, its been over three weeks and the manager still hasn't called me back with an explanation) but at this point I think I'll just let them keep it because, quite honestly, you couldn't pay me to come back to this spa.

To put it simply, the relaxation you receive from the amazing masseuses, nail artists, and hair stylists at Simply You Day Spa just isn't worth the headache of trying to pay for it all afterwards.
