THIS PLCE IS AMAZING!! I came here with a picture from pinterest of what I wanted my nails to look like... In the past any salon i go to alway makes my nails look just okay but Amy made them look perfect. I am so happy to finally have nails i've dreamed of having just in time for my birthday. Amy was absolutely wonderful! If I could give 10 stars I would :) she did an amazing job on my dip manicure and she was lovely to talk to! Highly recommend!
Just wanted to warn customers about a policy of theirs. If you cancel an appointment for any reason you are labeled a "no show". And after 2 cancellations, I.e. "no show", you must leave a deposit in order to make an appointment. I can understand if I just didn't show up and never called to inform them. That would be disrespectful. But I did call them as soon I knew I couldn't keep the appointment so they could reschedule another client into that time slot. The first time was an emergency with my aging parents who live 30 miles away and the second time was because I came down with the flu that morning. It's unfortunate that this is their policy apparently set by the owner with no grace given. I was not informed about this policy even after the first infraction but only when I tried to make an appointment after the second cancellation. I understand that businesses have policies in place and my intention was never to break their trust or inconvenience them in any way. But I have been branded with having to leave a deposit now. So although they did good work and Jenny is very sweet, I will not be returning. Unfortunately this incident has negatively affected my experience with this business. I'm sure they will continue to make many customers happy. I wish them success. Customer be careful.
I went today for a dipping powder ombré fary dust and I am in love of my nails so much perfection Amy is incredible her technique, passion and dedication is reflected on her work so happy and full of life Amy has a great personality and with great ethics couldn't be more happy to find this place this will be my permanent place for now on she cares so much about every client so easy to talk to her super sweet person thank you so much for my nails they look amazing I will post a picture later since is to dark to get a good capture
