It's been so disappointing trying to make an appointment with one of their stylists. We purchased the Groupon on Black Friday in hopes to try a new salon but it's been a month of texting back and forth and left hanging. It's so disappointing. I really hoped for a chance to try this place out and did as the stylist asked. Texted to make the appointment. Was offered days and times and told to send suggestions. Ignored. So after weeks have gone by it seems the young lady just didn't want to assist me. So I asked her again if maybe we could use the Groupon for my mom and ignored again. Why offer a deal that you don't want to honor? I even mentioned to her that I really just wanted to use the flat color process and and nothing extra to make it easy for her. And still ignored. So almost a month has passed and for what? Nothing. Perfect reviews are great but have the employees uphold that.
This was the first time I had ever wanted to dye my hair blonde and i had an amazing experience! Joey was an amazing hairstylist and worked through my thick curly hair very nicely. I also got a cut and style and it looks great!
The results are in and it's official!! Joey is awesome and extremely talented!!! My wife just got done with her hair appointment with Joey and both of us are impressed, 100% satisfied and grateful for Joey's talents. We're thankful that Deanna introduced us and helped get the ball rolling. Wife's hair looks beautiful, feels beautiful and looks the best it has in years. Rachelle is amazing! She is the first stylist I have returned to time and time again. The way that she pays attention to detail is incredible and I always receive so many compliments. I get a blonde balayage every three months from her, and the way that she colors it I have a fantastic grow out, that it looks great the entire three months. Would HIGHLY recommend!
