I would give 10 's if possible! Usually at other nail salons I leave so irritated. Either the shape of my nails are off. Or they take too long. Or they say they can take me and then make me wait forever. ... This was my first time trying HB Nails. TAMMY did my gel X and Bella did my pedicure. My nails are perfect!! They were fast and it was cheaper.

Always have the best nails when I come here and they are very affordable. Mona is the best and I highly recommend her if you're doing any sort of acrylic or hard gel. She did my nails for winter formal and I got so many compliments!

Made an appointment because they were booked up yesterday, soaked my nails, and then there was a walk in. She asked how long the wait was, they said 20 minutes. Then she said okay not having a problem waiting. But then decided to have her sit next me and decided to start doing her nails. I waited 40 minutes and I told them I'll pay for the soaking but I don't have time to wait when I had an appointment. They just apologized and didn't care that I walked out. I AM NEVER GOING TO COME HERE again. I came because of the reviews but clearly it's not that great of a place. I have never in all my years of getting my nails done have been treated like this. Very disappointed

Yesterday I tried a new nail salon. My good friend recommended HB Nails Salon. When I walked in, I was impressed with the spa like vibe and warm ambiance. I was greeted by Anna and Donna who were professional and pleasant. Anna gave me hot tea and cookies. Donna did a French manicure for me and Anna recommended I try their specialty hair wash with organic herbs. She also showed Kelly, the shop owner my ear, because it was dry. The shop owner treated my ear for free and gave me a sample to help cure it. After Donna finished my nails and made sure I liked them, I tried out the shampoo and herbal treatment. Anna pampered me with products in my hair to make it healthier and cleaner. She massaged my face and scalp, and I felt like I was getting a facial. The next day my face and hair felt extra soft and clean. I liked it so much I texted the owner to ask how I could get more of the exfoliant she used on my ear and the cream and asked the price. She was very nice and helped me. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants to be pampered by experienced people. I'll be back for sure! Thank you, HB Nails!
