Signature Salon in Baton Rouge, LA

Ok. The straight truth. I only went to this salon to have the young lady who does my nails work on my nails. Her name is Nina, and she used to work at Highland Nails. She just recently set up shop inside Signature Salon, so that's where I went.
If you've  been a customer of Nina's at Highland Nails and wonder where she, she's here at Signature Nails!  She is the absolute best at manicures, pedicures (ah, so delightful and refreshing and beautifully done), dipped nails, gel nails , etc. Nina will treat you so special. She has not abandoned any of her personal touches with this move, and has even added a few stand-out extras!  Her color selections have depth and variety. She is extremely efficient, without losing any expertise. It's takes just over an hour to remove the old dipped nails and get me a new set. Her selection for different types of pedicures, infused with at least a dozen types of aroma and biological therapies, are among the most thorough I've had. For a limited time, she has a CHOCOLATE pedicure!  CHOCOLATE!  I hope I can catch that one. All of the furnishings for her stations are top-rate, and she has implemented a heat wrap for your shoulders while she does your mani or pedi. This is Nina!  The best in Baton Rouge!!! And she is now at Signature Salon!
(I'll try to post some pics of how Nina has done my nails. Now I'm 60 years old and not a hand model, but my nails look awesome)
(One other note: you chip a nail or ruin it somehow, Nina can fix it. And not just put a "bandaid" on it and you have to be all ginger with it until that nail grows out. No, she fixes it solid and it looks as good as new!)
Now, about the salon... I gotta say, it is a NICE salon. Open, airy, CLEAN, well-appointed. There is no blaring music. Lovely, comfortable waiting area. The stylists, though I don't know a one, seem to be experienced and thorough and very amiable!  I had spoken with the owner, over the phone setting up my appointment with Nina, and this dear woman is a gem. If my conversation with her over a phone is any indication, she is an entrepreneur extraordinaire, solely concerned with you receiving the best service her shop offers. Will I go to this salon for hair care as well as for my nails?  Well...never say never, but I have a personal friend who has been doing my hair for years, so it's not likely. BUT, if I had no one and I was the skittish type about hair-styles, I'd feel so comfortable using the hair services at Signature Salon. The places oozes "experience" and "expertise"! I know I will like going there every two weeks to have Nina do my nails!

The team at Signature Salon have always taken care of me! They always exceed my expectations and make appointments easily according to my schedule.  While Abby is my girl, I have had my hair cut and colored by most of the amazing team there. You can't go wrong with any of the members at SSS!

This salon is above and beyond all my expectations. I've had my hair done here for 10 years and never have had a bad haircut. Everyone working here works as a team so if I can't get my hair done by one I can always go to another and they are all wonderful.

Great service! I get compliments on my hair daily. I would highly recommend for any age. The most comfortable atmosphere you will ever experience. They treat you like family, not a customer.
