I wish I looked at the reviews before I came, because I would have just gone without a mani-pedi. For starters, the salon is outdated, (to put it nicely) extremely unorganized, old and rusted tools, just not a good experience. The nail tech did not pay attention to detail at all while going into the edge of my nail and cuticle with gel polish. I'm sure that my polish will start lifting in a week. I asked several times for her to do certain things. She didn't even buff or file my toenails. You go for the hopes of leaving looking good and feeling relaxed, and leave wondering what the heck!
0 if i could. came here for my birthday nails, male worker was super nice but nice doesn't account for good nail art. everything from shape, to thickness, to colors, to design was and is awful. I've never had nails this thick or poorly shaped, and the "what i asked for vs what i got" speaks for itself. do not recommend coming here if you're looking for a good nail spot near lsu.
My daughter and I absolutely enjoy our experiences with I Nail Spa. Very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Dave and Paul are always nice . They stand behind their work! Highly recommended
Horrible experience at this salon and would not recommend. The only saving grace to this place is the owner. She was very kind and hospitable. Unfortunately she has staff that are very poorly trained in doing nails and have poor customer service. While their nail selection is vast, the quality of their nail polish is very bad...think old and chunky. I spoke up several times to have my nail polish to be fixed and while he did attempt, he was rude and messed it up every time. With so many nail salon options in Baton Rouge, stay away from this atrocity. Complete waste of money.
Went here a couple of days ago because the was the only place I could find around LSU's campus that had glow in the dark dip powder (which I wanted for a music festival coming up) and I left with an even greater experience! I also found out they did nail designs as well! Paul was super helpful and designed my flowers exactly how I wanted and pearl did my nail shape! I will definitely go back!
