Upon entering the salon The Stylist was very welcoming she's very gentle she took care of my hair although I wanted a weave she was very attentive to my natural hair and the things that it needed she deep condition my hair thoroughly prior to applying the weave. She also discussed ways that I could better maintain my hair. The experience was very pleasant and I will definitely be going back I am new to the area and I was looking for a hair salon to go to and I will definitely be making this my home here salon
Sheer Passion, I called hoping to get a last min appt before my flight, and LaTonya was very pleasant on the phone and said sure I'll take you . When I got to the shop she had another customer under the dryer so I was able to jump right in, we chatted as if we knew each other for every she was professional and really nice and her other customer was Just as nice they we had a great time Luv my hair give her a try I think you like her
Well 15 mins into coming into the salon, I hate to say that I'm not having a good experience. I scheduled an appointment for 4 pm through online booking on Wednesday. I seen a prior review that said she had amazing time management-which is false. I came in 15 mins early at 3:45 and to my surprise a see a woman in the chair with her hair halfway done, which pisses me off because I have plans today and running on a tight schedule. So it's currently 3:57 and she's still currently working on someone else hair...... well I walked out at 4:20. It just pisses me off because this is the reason why ppl make appointments. NEVER COMING BACK.
I've been going to Latonya for a while now. My #1 favorite thing about her is that this woman is about her business! She is never late, works one head at a time, has a set price list, and keeps her shop easy going and drama free! She is very responsive too! I don't know about ya'll, but I can't stand having to call over and over to get an appointment. Tonya doesn't play around with your time.
My 2nd favorite thing is that she can execute any style. Tonya is a true hair care professional. She has helped me blowout my natural, weaves, crochet, and short bobs when I am in the mood. She will keep my business.
