Chrissy was wonderful with my son. She treats my son like her own. He absolutely adores her. She is truly the best. If your child needs a hair cut you need to stop by and see her. Make sure you check in prior to going.
Signed in online, showed up at 9:00AM and was greeted by the most obnoxious person at the door. Said it was Pride month and she wouldn't allow a man in the store without another employee. She said it was her policy as she didn't trust men! I'm 75 years old and I don't care about anyone's sexuality, I just wanted a haircut. She told me to go somewhere else, but she was a lesbian and didn't have to cut men's hair if she didn't want too. Been going here for years and never been treated this way! I won't be back !!!

You do not mock the customers !! You are supposed to be respectful as we come in to spend money at your business. It is not right for your stylist to be rude!! Also when manager promises to call you back, a phone call should be made, yet she never bothered.. Manager obviously has no integrity. All around, not good !
Great Clips is a "great" place to go for a haircut, very affordable and the stylists' always do a wonderful job. I have been going to Great Clips for many years and have never been disappointed. However, today, the Stylist etiquette was not very customer friendly and I had to leave before the cut.
