Don't waste you time. I arrived 25 minutes before closing. They refused to take me. Asked if I could come the next day. Obviously not as I made the decision to come when I did, during their advertised business hours. Don't waste you time because they definitely have no problem wasting it all on their own. I don't respect businesses that turn away regular, paying customers for no reason. Never again.

She messed up my eyebrows I didn't want to start complain they said that she was done and they asked me to leave. And also I went to do my eyelashes and they refuse to do it for me because I have a complaint about my eyebrows. The way she done it is looks like eyebrows for men not for women.

I relocated here from out of state and usually travel all the way home to get my eyebrows done. I'm very skeptical on who does my eyebrow threading and Sara did better than my usual lady back home!

The facility is small and inside of Wal-Mart (on the pharmacy side) but she and the others in the shop work fast. I recommend coming on a weekday as I overheard other regulars say it gets extremely busy on the weekends.

I come here to get my full face eyebrows threaded and they usually do a pretty good job. But today it wasn't. I had a older lady; I'm use to the younger girls doing it but I gave her a try. I told her that I haven't been here in a while and that I might flinch a bit. While she's doing my eyebrows someone called her and she picks up starts talking on the phone. REALLY RUDE. The other girls would just turn off their phone every time I went. After she finishes, my face was so sore & when see show my face I couldn't really see because I didn't wear my glasses. I just paid & walk off to shop at Wal-Mart.
I kept touching my face because it was sore and I went to go look at a mirror. My face was really red and on top of that the lady messed up my eyebrows! My left eyebrow was much smaller than my right. I was upset and what made it worse was when a lady walked by and saw my face and said that she could tell my eyebrows look way off. I cried from the embarrassment. I have a job interview coming up and I had the worst luck. Honestly if you come here make sure you don't get the older lady because she is really horrible. I also still had some small hairs around my eyebrows yet she pluck a chunk off my left side!
BEWARE.

They are so rude ! It's unbelievable the way they talk to clients. They have no respect for clients nor each other. I've never felt welcome , they all rush through the job as if it's inconveniencing them. They gossip about their paying customers in front of other customers. I've been here muilple times and it never seems to get better! It's open late and near where I live, these are the only reasons I go back praying that maybe the owner talked some sense into his employees, but he doesn't seem to care much what they say or do.
