Everytime I come in Angie does a good job on my nails. She is a woman of few words but if you show her a picture she can draw it just like that! And my nails always last over 3 weeks.

The two stars are because the people here were very kind and the woman who did my nails was very sweet, so in terms of people themselves 5/5. In terms of my nails, however, they were poor in quality- uneven, nails cut out of shape, lumpy and overly thick gel nails, I also asked to get a pretty white design and was given stripes instead- i don't mind anyone not being able to do them but no need to tell me you can and then not be able to do it- but still she was super kind. Not to mention, my nails began peeling away not even after an hour or two. And when I went back to get them redone, the exact same thing happened. When I asked for a refund, they only gave me a partial refund even with how sad I was over it. My nails recovered over three months after my manicure and it was very upsetting. Maybe there are specific people that are good here, but definitely do not be willing to sit with anyone.
Called today to see if they had any availability for a pedicure which they did so i went. Once arriving i was immediately sat and she got right to work she took her time and didn't rush. Unfortunately the tools she used on me was used (feet scrubber) very disgusting and the polish wasn't neat. Overall will not be returning due sanitary issues
My sister and I came in for a mani-pedi. They were accommodating to get us in. Customer service was good, the staff was nice and welcoming. Both my sister and I have natural nails (no gel/dip, etc). I guess the reviews were for patrons that aren't natural nail. My nails were no buffed to smoothness, the polish job was very sloppy (painting all the way up to my cuticle, you never do that!), and the un-smoothness showed in the end. Not to mention after washing my dishes the next night, most of my tips were coming up. Only Essie and OPI should be used on natural nails, all other brands are cheap, they chip too easily and don't provide a smooth/clean finish.
