women owned nail spa,spotless!The girls are professional & polite not crowded & are COVID precocious & taking safety measures.I have been there multiple times for a pedi & set of acrylics.best pedicure I gotten in a long time.they do experience on gel manis and powder nails.I will be back in the near future for sure!

Thought I'd take my mom for a mani-pedi and I got a pedi as well. Both technicians looked like they didn't know what they were doing. My mother's technician really didn't know what she was doing and kept hurting her during the pedicure. Pulling too much on the sides, and poking the freshly injured area. My technician hurt my a bit too and when the alcohol came on, it burned like crazy. Overall, they arent very experienced and I wouldn't come here again. It was supposed to be a relaxing day for my mom and she was in pain for a lot of it. Honestly regret tipping as much as I did.

I was a little sketched out by the bad reviews but the Groupon seemed like a good deal so I thought I'd try it. Note that each technician only takes a limited number of Groupons a day, so scheduling can be tricky. I was able to get a spa pedicure appointment on a Friday on relatively short notice. The salon looks a little tackier and more run down than most nail salons, but the pedicure ended up being great. Kelly did a great job scrubbing and massaging my feet. The massage chairs aren't very good and are more like regular chairs with barely a massage function, but I didn't mind that much. My nails were done meticulously.

Disclaimer:Giving it a one star cause I've to write this review or I'd give it negative rating. Just moved to rockville & clearly picked the worst salon of the country to get my nails done. I'm here not just to aware other customers but the owners to know what customers are looking for and how they need to change the place to run business. I took uber ($17) from my place to this salon & ended up in disaster. Things that went wrong: 1.No front desk staff, no one to greet or ask why you are at the salon. 2.Amature staff, people talk in there language & laugh/giggle looking at you 3.Uncleanliness: uncleaned nail cutters and lotion bottles, everything was covered in dust 4.lack of nailpolish colors and talent: had to pick 3 different colors because they don't have the color I picked. They book your appointment when you call but tell you they don't have experience in it & have to get done what they can do(I had booked appointment for polygel gel but got normal gel nailpolish) 5.No courtesy: No one asked if I even need some water This is one crazy place I have ever been to, never going back want to know the real tragedy? Look at the pictures(these were taken just 20 minutes after I got home from salon)

Went yesterday had an appointment. My SNS looks terrible very thick and my nail beds are sore from filing. The table was dirty and dusty. Just traded in my Groupon for a pedicure. One star because everyone was nice and lady who did my nails gave me a new file and buffer because I brought in my own for her to use. Total bill $68.40 with tip.
