As always, I had a wonderful experience getting a European facial and eyebrow wax with Olga. She was thorough, made sure I was comfortable, and managed to get me to relax, which isn't easy to do. I hope she never retires! Highly recommend!!

Yazmin is the best! She toned my hair super quick and the color it turned out to be is the best it's looked in a long time, even better than when I originally got it colored at a different salon. Can't wait to go back and recommend everyone!

I recently got a haircut and full highlights from Yasmine, she's the best and I went from dark to blonde so I had to come back to get a few pieces fixed but my hair looks perfect now and I'll definitely be back!

I booked an eyebrow wax with Olga a month in advance and directly after my last appt. But something (a better client?) came up and I had to be re-scheduled with Aliana. I really should have canceled. She was apparently hanging out in an empty room and left me waiting for a few minutes past my appt time. She over plucked after I said it was just a clean up, left wax on my forehead, and got wax in my hair. Then to top it off, as I was peeling wax from my forehead, the receptionist pressured me to add tip onto my credit card. There's a big sign that says cash tips only and states that there is a fee to use your card for a tip. I guess she wanted to make sure I was going to leave a large enough tip and assumed I didn't have enough cash?! I left the minimum and I will not be back. Also, they only charged $1 less than they charge for a more experienced esthetician but a search online for Aliana revealed that she apparently works on the side for $5 less.

This review is for services with Olga Bond. I have had facial and waxing services from Olga for years and she is a godsend! I feel badly for not posting a review before, she is that good! Generally waxing can be awkward, and no one has ever made me feel more comfortable than Olga! She is the perfect combination of gentle and getting it done quickly to minimize any discomfort. She uses the best techniques and products so I never get inflammation or ingrowns, and I have very sensitive skin so that isn't easy. Also she is just generally a lovely person who exudes positivity so you want to go back to see her! If you have been thinking of getting a facial treatment, please do yourself a favor and try it with Olga! She will make you feel so cared for. My pores were so cleaned out and my face was so moisturized at the same time! Moral of the story, if you give Olga a try you will never go anywhere else again! So professional, so kind, and so good at what she does!!
