Well the last time I was there and got my nails done, maybe two days after my thumb nail completely popped off so I went to get it fixed. After I had gotten it fixed and i looked at it and it was two different colors shape and size and I was very frustrated. They shouldn't of made me pay extra for their mistake. But I tried giving them a second chance and on the door is says walk ins are welcome as I proceeded to walk in the two employees working made me very uncomfortable and told me they are not accepting services that day that I need an appointment. So not only was it not busy but they false advertised, turned away a customer/ lost one,and were not very pleasant.
First time at this nail salon. I had called to get a price for a pedicure. They said $30 00. Girl was pleasant, but dug into my big toe which had an ingrown nail. I almost went through the ceiling. The pain was bad. When I went to pay, she charged me sales tax. What kind of crap is that?? I didn't leave a tip. When I went to my bank, and was telling the bank teller about my experience, she said I got ripped off. She said salons don't charge sales tax. Sad that a business will try and take advantage of customers. Well, thry list a customer. I was going to try them out for acrylic nails, but not now
If you like mediocre nails for a high price this is place to go. I asked for some simple designs I had seen on their Instagram and was given a heart with swirls instead of zebra print which wouldn't have been a huge deal but the nails feel loose already and are very misshapen.
After doing a soak off at another salon they said they believe they're still using mma acrylic which is not legal. This set ruined my nails.
A the girls do a great job! Everyone is very friendly! Owner does BOMB eyebrows too! Check them out!
My experience was amazing! Professional and friendly staff. Madison did my pedicure which made me relax and Erica did my SNS. I will certainly be back!
