H2K Nail Spa 2 in Slidell, LA

I received absolutely horrible customer service from the Slidell location on several occasions. My 16 year old has been ignored and skipped over for service.  This is unacceptable. She arrived today at 9:30am with 3 people there. It's almost 1pm and her nails haven't been painted yet. My other daughter has been here since 9:30 and had not received any treatment or service at all. Ridiculous service. Never again.

I tried this salon for the first time about 2 years ago because it was closer to home. I typically choose not to get my nails done because I dread the attitudes, prying questions, and lack of professionalism that exist at every salon I've ever been to, but I desperately needed a pedicure. My first visit was great, and gave me hope that this could be a new self-care treat. I went first thing in the morning so I didn't have an issue with busyness. I decided that I would book an appointment on the Friday before Mother's Day last year, so I visited their website (at least 2 weeks in advance) and booked an appointment. I received a confirmation via text and headed to my appointment (first thing in the morning) and was denied service and an acknowledgement of my appointment. In fact, I walked in to a packed salon, received dry stares with no greeting, I approached the counter and said good morning to a male employee, was asked with an aggressive tone "how can I help you", I began to state that I had an appointment and was immediately and rudely cut off mid sentence "you don't have appointment we don't do appointment for mother day". I took a deep breath and attempted to show my text confirm and was still cut off without any acknowledgment of the text. I walked out and will NEVER visit this salon again. I was ready to go all out to treat myself and leave a hefty tip, so it sucks for them. If you value professionalism, quality customer service, and care where you spend your hard earned money, you won't find it here.

Very professional and patient. They're a really sweet an attentive crew. I love how clean it is and how they ask everyone to wash their hands as soon as you walk through the door. I'm extremely satisfied! My first time visiting this place, I'm so pleased. Money well spent. I'll definitely be back. My girl Cindy did a fantastic job! Prices are great! I've found my new nail spa.

They open at 9:30 they were set to take people then I called in advance for time and I come in and the place is filled I was told I couldn't be in place for another couple hours! STOP WASTING PEOPLE'S TIME!!

They are very inconsistent. My last visit was done by the youngest member on the staff. After I paid someone lorded over me for a tip. I'm tired of tipping I'd rather they include it in the cost. I gave this business two stars because they are clean and very nice, with the exception of what appeared to be the owner (the louder).
