I recently moved to the area and was looking for a place for my wife and i to get our hair cut. I called ahead and asked if they took walkins. I was told they were busy but yes they do take them
When i arrived i was turned away and told they were too busy to take me. I was not happy about them wasting my time so i sent an instant message on FB to let them know I was not impressed. This is the response i got: "Hello, we do try and accommodate walk ins as much as we can, but we all have built clientele of clients that schedule appointments in advance we have to care for first. As it is our busiest time of year we can't always accommodate. So sorry you aren't impressed with us, we hope you can find somewhere else to do business that is impressive to you. Merry Christmas. "
I do understand that they have a clientele that is established. I also know that the lack of consideration was unnecessary. Good luck with getting anymore clients with that attitude. I do find it odd you had time to immediately respond on FB but not to help a customer......
