I had my hair done by Kylee, I went in with blond highlights, showed her a picture of the cut I've worn for the last 8 years, picture of ME.... I came out with a lopsided cut, and flat hair -- I've never had flat hair. My hair is ash blond/light brown I kept telling her the color was off, she did a toner 3 times, she was distracted with other customers the whole time, I again said -- at this point just wanted to get out of there.... MY HAIR IS BROWN... her reply oh, in a day or two it will turn blond.... WTH----- And as I'm checking out she ask if I'd like to make a follow up appointment.... REALLY???!!!!
Don't go unless you want to be ripped off. I thought someone would reach out to me since you have to do a survey, but I guess the owner is ok with her staff over charging and ripping people off.
I was charge $104 for something I was quoted $84 for. I was not aware I was booked for a two hour appointment! I had to go to work so I had to leave after she soaked my old nails off. The first appointment all the did was soak off my nails an cut the tips off my real nail and she charged me $45! It also took her an hour just to soak the nails off. I was charged another $59 after she applied the glorified press on nails.
The first time I visited this salon Jessica did my cut and color. She did an amazing job. The next time I went Jessica was booked up so I saw Lacy. Big mistake! I asked for the exact same color Jessica had done and I left with little to no color and such a sloppy mess. She had asked Jessica several times how to do it, realized she messed up started over and still didn't accomplish anything. My grey was even still showing. I was even charged for the extra bowls of color when she started over. This was just a big $200 mistake. Yes I paid that much. Stick with Jessica if you visit this salon.
