Mom took me into get my nails done for my college graduation. They were able to get us in right away, and I asked for the swirly nails seen on tik tok/instagram. He was very rough shaping my nails. At some points, it was hurting so bad. These lines look like they are haphazardly put on, even though he had a reference photo. You can see some bubbles underneath them. The lines aren't clean. I've gotten these types of nails done before, and often had to be under the UV light at least three times to ensure opaque color. I was lucky enough to get a second coat on the black. Some of the lines have missing color. Cuticles weren't pushed back. There are raised bumps; the thickness of my nails nor do I feel like the shape are consistent throughout. They never once asked me if I liked the design, which I would've said no. I'm very soft spoken so it was hard to say anything. Afterwards when I was talking to my mom about it, I felt like they were just rushing to get small
problems fixed but not my actually problem, which is the overall look of my nails. Took 20 minutes, and it shows. I'm getting them fixed somewhere else, and I won't be returning.
Owner is Kind. He does a great job on nails and works to accommodate his customers! My daughter is happy with her back to school nails!
Purchased mother a $65 gift certificate. It expired 12-20-20. Due to Covid and she being in her 80s, she didn't want to take a risk by going in. They were also closed a portion of the year. She went in around March 2021. The would not honor the certificate. My family and I will not be customer of theirs ever again!
The employees did get us in right away, which was a plus. But then they tried to push me to do shellac because it's $20 more than polish three times. I also said manicure and all they did was replace my old polish, no lotion or cuticle care or anything. The lady doing my nails didn't talk to me at all, and then she forgot about me at the nail drying station for 20 minutes. I wouldn't go back, my friends acrylics were thicker than some plates I've seen, he left all the gunk inside and around the nail, and when he messed up he just filed them even shorter.
I went here to get my nails done for graduation, they were not busy at all. I had one slanted nail, messed up paint, and small black hairs in multiple nails. Will not go here again.
