I was so disappointed in my last mani/pedi experience. The technician spent the entire time watching a program on her phone and the results were shoddy workmanship.
I called for a last minute gel manicure and regular pedicure for myself and my bestie. They said they couldn't do us at the same time but were able to accommodate both of us today. I had a gentleman start on my hands. He was fast! But so good, my cuticles were clean the nails were done with such precision I was amazed. He got my old gel off, got my hands fully done with a hand massage in about 40 minutes. He also did my pedicure, same thing. Super precise and efficient but if I had any concern through both services he accommodated me and adjusted what he was doing for what I asked. If I lived local I would totally become a regular. It's super calm and clean in this location.
Sadly this was the worst mani/pedi I've ever had. I'm only leaving this review to try and save another from a supper disappointing experience. -technician was not nice -technician didn't listen to my request to make my nails round 3x, I just gave up after that -technician was not skilled: nails not smooth, not even in length or even shape and nowhere close to round -paint left on my skin Experience was uncomfortable and awkward. Honestly could not have been more disappointed. :/
I live in North Carolina and was looking for a place in the Muskegon/Grand Haven area while visiting my parents. I researched nail salon ratings and services. I landed on this gem of a place and so glad I did! Clean, friendly and one of the best dip nail experiences I've ever had! Good prices too. I will definitely return whenever I'm in the area again.
