To be honest it wasn't really that bad while I was waiting I got to sit in the massage chair which was really nice plus when they were doing my nails I feel like they were in a hurry and they were going really rough. And the guy kept saying " those are way too long" or " I should cut them shorter" or "they should be shorter" like 80 times which kind of made me uncomfortable because that's the length I wanted them. But then when I move to another lady she was really sweet and kind and talkative. My nails look really cute though:)
The owners, Anthony and Hannah, are very kind and hospitable. All of the employees there do a great job on manis, pedis and shellacking. One employee, however, is a problem - and that would be Calvin. More than once, he has copped a serious attitude and was downright rude (bordering on mean and hostile) to my 14 year old daughter. I have no idea where his hostility comes from but it is beyond offensive. I spoke with Anthony about it who seemed concerned and did speak with Calvin. Several of our follow up visit went better but again today Calvin was on bad behavior. Looks like we will be dumping them for GL Nails.
Inexperienced and did not listen when asked to fix something. All I needed was a dip on top of my nails and I walked out two hours later with thick uneven nails
Had a great mani/pedi at Q Nail & Spa. Friendly staff, moderately priced, lots of laughter in salon. I recommend making an appointment, this is a busy place. Calvin did a great job and I would go back.
This place has gone waaaay down hill. DO NOT GO TO ANN!!!!!! She is rude, painful, rough, and gave me a basic manicure, and complained the entire time that I didn't do shellac or gel. She was completely rude. She gave me ONE COAT!!! I kindly asked her to give me a top coat, and she said they didn't have top coat?! Wha!!!??? It literally peeled off when I got to Meijer, which is right across the street. Fire her! My family and I have been coming here for years. No more.
