I scheduled a couple's massage for myself and my better half while we were on vacation in Grand Haven. The salon is located within a strip mall but easy to find. My first impression of the place was relaxed, the front desk staff was friendly while we filled out our forms. We only waited for a few minutes before our massage therapists came to get us. We've had massages before at other places, but they explained the process, asked about our sore spots. They were very nice about my preference for no lavender or lilac which sometimes triggers migraines for me. Once our session started there was a time or two that I heard a door close or someone's voice but it wasn't too disturbing. I had some lower back pain and my therapist chased it all away. My better half thought his was good, but not great. I felt like a new person after mine! I would definitely schedule a massage here in the future. Thanks again for showing my back pain who's boss!
I have been to Nature's Envy twice and both times I have been impressed. This second time impressed me the most. I saw Emily for a haircut. I have VERY curly hair and only get dry cuts and some stylists look at me like I have three heads. Emily understood the uniqueness of my hair and catered to my desire for a dry cut.
I just had my first visit at Nature's Envy with Molly for a gel mani and pedi and I am so very pleased. Molly is funny and very energentic. Her personality immediately put me at ease and she was very skilled. I will be back.
