Sherette and her team have not only done creative and brilliant balayage, cutting and styling my locks, but their product recommendations have my hair looking and feeling the healthiest it has been in decades. Cole, Carlie, and Sherette are a creative, and honest trio who work as a team and stop at nothing to make their customers vision a reality. Are you on TRENDing? If not maybe you should be!

I got recommended by friends and they bragged about them how great they are. Now get ready for this. My wife was 8 minutes late and the owner literally said to her that she cant take her on due to the time delay. My wife was breastfeeding the baby and thats why she was delayed. The owner kept telling my wife how she is going to loose money now. She could have taken on a new client. Boy, you must be hurting for money...ridiculous!!! What a joke you guys are. It gets even worse. After the owner was done lecturing my wife one of her co workers headed to the door and held the door open for my wife to leave. Wow!!! This was the first and last time for my wife. I will share this experience with our entire community and share it on every single possible platform. You do not treat a customer like that!! Absolutely disgusting person with disgusting business ethics. Also, ready the 1 Star reviews you will learn a lot more disgusting things about this place and the owner. I am surprised they even get business. What a fake show!!!
One thing I cant stand is business that make you feel like shit, I normally get my hair done by a certain girl she moved to a different salon , the first time I went to the shop the owner made me feel unwanted, she asked if my kids could leave knowing they had to be with me, her excuse because woman go there to get away from kids since some are teachers, first off I dont give a flying fuck I'm paying good ass money at your business to get my hair done and no my kids will not leave! So this morning I tried calling to make anappointment for my hair, mind you I only to there because of the girl who does my hair, I called and some girl put me on hold said she was checking someone out at the desk , how is that even possible when you dont open till noon and I called at 12:10?? If you dont want my business then please say so! So if anyone decides or thinking about going to salon trend dont! They make you feel like you have to be some high class person to get your hair done. Fuck that I'll take my business somewhere else and will be reporting this salon. Nothing against the girl who does my hair and honestly I wish she would work somewhere else mind you I spent 400 bucks at this place and that's how she treats clients? Good riddance
I don't recommend this salon , the owner is very rude and doesn't have any manners. She doesn't care about her customers whatsoever. I do not recommend this salon at all !
