Rude and unprofessional. I booked an appointment for a facial. Five minutes before my appointment I received a text message from the esthetician saying she would not be able to do my service. I responded to her asking if someone else would be able to because I had just pulled up to the location and had already secured a sitter for my son. She never responded to my message. When I went into the spa they told me they would reschedule for the following week, but that was all they were willing to do. They didn't offer a discount or even an apology for the incident. Completely unprofessional and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Having never cut my hair before, nearly 3 and a half feet long, I wanted a dramatic new look but was scared. However, I brought in picture and Abby the hairstylist was able to give me exactly the look I was hoping for. She is so professional, warm, and fun. New lifetime costumer!

So start off Leandra was 30 minutes late to the appointment after having rescheduled three hours prior. She asked me to follow her into the room that she was going to clean but that never happened. she did not wear a mask during the service either. she didn't have a eye pad so she taped down my eyelashes, pulled out my eyelashes, and glued them together having to literally tweezer my eyelash out of my eye. not to mention the whole time she was literally talking about Jehovah's Witness . Which I'm sure she could see I wasn't comfortable but I wasn't about to say something while she was holding a tweezer to my eye. I tried to contact her to resolve the eyelashes but she expected me to pay full price again. It said that all services come with a complementary seven day touchup and that is not true. My eye area is still red and these lashes look mediocre as hell. Please don't waste your time.

I showed up to my appointment on time. They told me the wait was 20 minutes. I waited 40 minutes. Then a new stylist came out and said she switched clients with the stylist I scheduled with and now I had her, because she didn't know how to cut her clients hair. I had purchased a Groupon for my cut and highlight with my stylist. The stylist she switched with refused to honor it.

I got a pre-wedding micro-dermabrasion facial with extractions. The results speak for themselves! The experience was also incredibly pleasant and comfortable. I highly recommend booking an appt. with Tammy since she takes excellent care of you.
