Love this place! This salon is the only one in the Ballantyne area that I choose to go back to. I've gotten my eyebrows done here for years and it's the only place I feel comfortable knowing that I'm not going to walk out with two differently shaped brows. As well, I love going to Miss Leyla for my hair. She's versatile and knows how to work with anything from fine to thick hair and always creates a beautiful result. She's always so hospitable and wants to make sure that you're happy with how you look. Would definitely recommend this place!

This salon is a hidden gem. The stylists are wonderful women with expert skills in everything from keratin treatments to extensions to wedding hairstyles. I get my hair dyed here and I appreciate how Leyla doesn't make my bright colors look cheap. They really listen and help you get the look that's best for you. You can also get your nails done here and I come for all my waxing needs. It's such a unique and fun atmosphere, will definitely return!

I was not the one who received the hair cut, my brother did. However, he was extremely pleased with the lady who did the hairstyle and cut; he simply showed her a picture and she replicated it exactly and gave him helpful tips to maintain it too! I actually ended up getting my ear pierced there as well. It was kind of a spur-of-the-moment type thing, and I was honestly a little skeptical about getting my cartilage pierced in a hair salon, but the lady who did it was super friendly and definitely knew what she was doing. I have had my cartilage pierced before and it turned out badly and I had to take it out and wait at least a year before I could do it again. She did use a gun (which, again, I was skeptical about) but its been three months since my visit and it doesn't hurt one bit anymore! Percing was also not painful at all! (and i am a baby when it comes to pain) It is also quite cheap- you only pay for the earring. Mine cost $20. BUT she does take cash only!

*on a slightly off-note, I HIGHLY do not recommend cleaning any piercings you get with alcohol or hydrogen peroxide as many people do because they believe it effectively cleans it. DO NOT do this. Instead, simply wash your hands, get a Q-tip, and scoop up some coconut oil on the end and rub it all around the piercing. All I did was clean mine with coconut oil. Do this two to three times a day. It helps it heal much faster and has antibacterial properties!*

Ive gotten my hair cut and color done here with Ms Leyla for the past two years, and i couldn't be happier. This woman knows her craft and gets the job done in time.

What i love about Ms Leyla is that when i tell her to keep my length she actually does it. Ive had so many stylists chop off inches and inches of my hair. Its very hard to find a stylists that actually listens.

The prices are fair. I would recommend this salon to my friends and family.
