I had been seeing a stylist at this facility for over a decade. I texted to get an appointment and was informed that due to health she was no longer taking clients and that her schedule was full. I was a bit confused, was I needing to wait, did I need to go elsewhere? I texted asking if I needed to wait or if she had a recommendation...no reply. After about a week I texted and said...that after a decade I appreciated all she did and that I didn't want to just simply just leave without thanking her or with a generic text ...no reply. I think most people understand health reasons. What I don't understand is just the ability to cast one aside with not much more than a generic text after a decade. This does not speak for the entire establishment of course, it's just disappointing to be treated so poorly. Manners matter to us all.

I moved away from Boise a year ago. I so miss this salon. These ladies are the best! I was a client for many, many years.
I always trusted their skills and could always count on them to make me feel fabulous.
I wish I could bring them to Portland. I still haven't found any place I like as well. sh

Excellent service and good prices. Staff is really friendly; I see Kim and she's incredibly friendly and my preferred stylist. I'm a guy and she only charges $15 for the cut, wash and scalp and neck massage. The building is clean and tastefully decorated, with commissioned jewelry, art, and various other nick-nacks for sale, as well as the styling products they use. Totally worth it, and I highly recommend it!
