I am 60 yrs old and live in Charlotte, Nc. Friends kept telling me to try Salon Resi. The stylist are creative and they Listen to you. So I drove to Mr Airy and had a wonderful experience. Everyone treated me like family, i Loved the receptionist. I ended up cutting about 4 inches off. My stylist Angela, made me feel so gorgeous. I can't wait to go back and hear what style she has got for me next...
Just ok. The girl that cut my hair was young and not to sure of herself. The cost was more than the cut was worth. Sorry, but I'll be cutting my own from here on out.
I've had my long, curly hair cut twice by Kym, and both cuts were beautiful. the people are friendly, the salon is clean, the prices are reasonable, and most of all, I left very happy with the style. I would recommend highly!
If I could have left 0 stars I would have. To be fair the employees were nice, but the person who cut my hair did not know what she was doing. It took two hours to do a men's hair cut and in the end, after having someone come over to try and fix it, it was still wrong. I didn't ask for a complicated cut. Short on the sides, trimmed top. Instead they took a chunk out of my bangs, and maxes the sides uneven, making it look like waves on the side of my head, it was terrible. I had to immediately go to another salon to fix my hair.
I was traveling through the area and needed a hair cut and stopped by. The shop is very aesthetically pleasing and the staff was super friendly. There was no wait at all and Nataliea gave me an amazing cut. I'd recommend this place to anyone from the area or traveling through the area. Thanks so much for a great experience.
