I went to this hair salon because everyone was so nice and they quoted me about $90 for just color and haircut. At the end of the service I was charged about $60 more!!!! I was shocked and didn't know what to say. I am not the type of person to complain about the money but this really disappointing. Apparently it was $100 for just color in my hair no bleaching whatsoever. I asked why it was so much and she said it's because I had long hair. My hair is not even long it's shoulder length and she said it's the time she took on the color. Btw she dyed my hair before my haircut which makes no sense and she did this just to charge me more. It was a waste of my time and money. This is definitely not a place where I could say is worth the money. I would never go here again and advise you not to, unless you want to get gypped!!!!!!

I was on next door wondering view site, saw names of folks who referred different stylists to try out this salon. I called and told the woman I had a list of referrals, she was very friendly and professional. I told her I was a first time customer. She welcomed me and asked me the names of the stylists that I had. I mentioned a stylist named  "Carol".  She then put her on the phone. Carol asked me who referred me, but I did not have that info. in front of me, just the list of stylists. I explained I can look it up later, I do not recall. She then handed the phone back to the original person I spoke to....I asked that woman  what happened?  She replied "Oh miscommunication" and  offered someone else??????? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL  of this stylist Carol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is very poor business to have a new client be treated like that..............there's plenty of competition out there in this field, so I am confident I will find someone else at a different  salon!!!
Just look at the poor reviews on here before you decide to book!

I have been blessed to have found Jackie, the owner, twenty years ago.  She is a master and a perfectionist about every head of hair she approaches.  Her experience and her desire to stay on top of all the latest cuts and colors keeps her in the mainstream of expert hair sylists.  Not only does she listen and cut hair according to the customers' desires, she makes recommendations and is never offended when I say no.  The funny part, she actually is always right, it just takes me a while to listen and realize that she does know my hair, she knows me, and she knows what I need.  I can't wait to see the surprise on her face at my next appointment, when I tell her to "JUST DO IT" her way!  She cuts my son's hair and one of her staff maintains my husband's hair.  I have only had fabulous results from Jackie and all members of her staff.  Treat yourself....you are worth it!
