Salon Nails & Spa in Schertz, TX

I have been going to this place for a little over 6 months. I continuously do dip and typically bring my daughter to get gel. There is one tech that I cross my fingers I don't get every time I walk through the door and that is Holly. She HURTS me every time and usually does a terrible job. I am a polite person so I typically bite my tongue and deal with the results but today was just what I needed to finally say screw it, I'm tired of being nice. She doesn't listen, we tried to tell her THREE times she got the wrong gel color and still preceded to start to paint her nails. Also who asks a 10 year old what service they're getting instead of the parent? I was hoping to just do the kid gel polish and ended up paying for a whole freakin manicure for my kid. I used to love this place and planned on continuing to go but when I said something to my nail tech about my issues with Holly and about paying for the manicure she was extremely rude and seemed more preoccupied with her phone than taking care of my nails. Nicole and Helen are fantastic. If you go, schedule an appointment so you don't get Holly! You'll thank me.

I have been looking for a nail shop to call home...been living in the area for over 3years & was hopeful with this place. I have been coming to 5 stars to see Helen for my nails & Tina for my pedicures unfortunately today Helen couldn't see me so I was stuck with an older man named Ken. He was not able to do what I wanted, but when I pointed out the issues I was having with the way my nails came out he became agitated & blamed me for choosing the style & the type of nail I wanted. He started man handling my hands sarcastically & rudely keep asking me if that was better? I just gave up & said yes just to get the heck out of there. I'm considering returning & making sure I only continue to see Helen & definitely straying from switching to another nail tech. Unfortunately I would not recommend Ken to anyone.

Wow, rushed, sloppy, and not very clean. Paid $107 for feet n nails. I have acrylic all over my hands, built up under my nails. No nail looks the same or very natural. Didn't get all the white polish I previously had in so you can see it through the nude color I got this time. Cut my skin on both hands and feet with the tool they were using, ouch! Never again.

Walked in and was seated with my girlfriend within a few minutes! They began work right away. Ahhhh, felt so good. Sit, relax, wine, and massage.

I stopped in without an appointment I only waited 10mins. Tina did my eyebrows. She was very quick and professional. She did an amazing job, she gave me exactly what I asked for. I will definitely visit this mail salon again.
