Overpriced for the basic work they do. Peyton ripped through my long, WET hair and didn't even give me the proper color/ cut I was asking for. I ended up having to brush through my hair MYSELF and wouldn't you know, it was easy to brush/dry!! Not to mention she tried to reinforce the excuse of "it's because we lightened it" NO! There was even a point where a girl with blue hair came up while the toner was in and asked why she was using that toner!! The workers were trying on the clothes, one running around barefoot which is gross and unprofessional. There was unswept hair below my chair for the whole cut and the owner (older lady) had to sweep up other's stations. My scalp was so sensitive after this experience and my hair was 1 & 1/2 inches shorter than it should've been. I check my ends, they did not need that much off, but it's probably because my hair got ripped through. Do better.

I needed a haircut so I decided to give this place a try. I was surprised I was able to snag a last minute appointment on a Saturday morning. The booking process was pretty easy but I did have to call the evening before to make sure they confirmed my appointment on their books. Upon arrival my stylist, Jordyn, was super friendly and sweet. I requested a trim and some shaping up of my layers to give my wavy hair more shape. She did a great job shampooing my hair and making it a relaxing experience. During the hair cut we chatted quite a bit and she made me feel very welcome. She did an excellent job on the hair cut itself and blow dried/styled in straight. It looked sooooo good leaving the salon and I was so happy. I'll definitely be booking here again for my next hair cut.

The entire staff provided a positive environment and were very pleasant to every customer that came in. The salon is clean and there is plenty of parking. Below specifically speaks on the stylist who did my mother's hair. It's not often you come across an amazing hair stylist who is respectful of your time , has reasonable prices AND provides a positive environment for their customers. Jordyn also provided prompt and professional communication as I asked her several questions before actually booking. She did an amazing job on my mother's hair! Not only are the blending of the colors amazing and exactly what my mother was looking for....the cut and style was exactly what she asked for! She cut 7 inches off. Jordyn is a gem and I am so happy to finally find someone who can cut, color, and provide an overall comfortable and positive experience. My mom has been smiling since we left. After my hairdresser of 23 years passed away, I had to find someone new. I tried Schertz Salon and Spa and the first visit was great, I was testing the waters, asking for an inch off the length. Peyton did just what I asked and I was so pleased that I went back two months later. This time I asked for 2 inches off the length and more of a U shape. What I got was a very layered and much shorter cut. It had taken a long time to grow out the layers previously and I never wanted to go through that again. Peyton said she had gone over that with me before the shampoo but that is not accurate. I would not have agreed to layers again. Ever. When I texted her, Peyton offered an apology saying she should have made things more clear as a U shape cut requires layers. Nope, not the case. I won't be back, nor will I recommend this salon.

Amazing! Love my cut and style. The owner was exceptionally good at her job and incredibly nice. Can't wait to go back.
