Have always received very high quality services here, but price for just a cut (no style) with a master is now up to $75. I can't justify that.

Terrible service and stylist could care less about you. Went in for a specific cut, booked a master stylist and got the worst cut I've ever seen, completely butchered my hair.
I had been searching for a hair salon for a few days between Austin & San Antonio to get my hair cut after over a year of growing it out. After looking at reviews, I wanted to give this salon a chance. I called to make an appointment and they were able to fit me in for the next day with Claudia. When I got to the salon for my appointment, everyone was super nice and they offered complimentary fruit infused water which was super refreshing lol. Claudia did an amazing job on my hair. She was so nice, listened to what I wanted, took her time, and made sure I was happy with my hair before finishing the cut. Probably one of the best salons I have been to in a long time, and I would say the price is fairly reasonable especially compared to "nicer" salons in Austin. I will definitely be coming back!
It was super easy to schedule an appointment and the staff was very friendly. They immediately offer you a beverage and there was no wait at all. Very clean and I always love Aveda products. They are great with recommending anything you need or might want for your hair. The only thing to note is this is a non-tipping salon. It was so weird to me at the very end because I wanted to tip to say thank you for saving my hair, but they said they aren't even allowed to accept it if I offered.
