The atmosphere of the salon is relaxing. Eileen has been doing my nails for years. She's always timely with her appointments, professional and kind. Her pedicures are the best!! I love how efficient she is with her work, yet it's a relaxing experience. I've never had a design or color I don't like.
A nice happy little niche. Good easy vibe and atmosphere. No chaos or posing. Karisa is impressive and kind and very reliable.
Morgan is hands down the best at what she does. I have been going to her on and off for many years and always end up going back to her (usually with an issue from someone else). Her hair cuts are always exactly what I want and they grow out so nicely.
I sent my teenager in for a time consuming somewhat complicated color that she has tried with 2 other stylist, which did not turn out well. Morgan did it without a problem and it was perfect! I did not doubt it for a minute :)
The location is great, centrally located next to the Reno Target. The salon is so pretty and clean.
Morgan is AMAZING!!! She has done my hair for a few years now. I won't let anyone else touch my hair! She also did my hair and makeup for my wedding, as well as a friends bridal and bridal party's hair/makeup for her wedding. I couldn't be happier with the way it all turned out! She's so easy to work with and listens to what you want. Uses great products, and is just magical with her skills! If you're looking for a great stylist I highly recommend her.
Dont walk, run away from this salon. I booked a highlight and cut and the stylist didn't show. After coworkers called she said she had booked me for the following day, I re-booked for the following week and she texted me the wrong day ( and my name ) AGAIN! Both times I confirmed the date and time on the phone. She then said I violated the cancellation policy, and to find another salon. Probably for the best, if they cant book a simple appointment, TWICE, do you really want them touching your hair?
