She is deeply knowledgable and experienced about hair, textures, and the best placement for extensions to allow for style preferences. The hair they use is premium 100% human hair, and they've never had a problem matching it to my own. Her microlinks are so comfortable I forget to come in for my touch ups! The Millbon Keratin Treatment System is the best one I've ever had so far, and I've been getting treatments for years. Alisia (the owner) always looks out for her clients and goes out of her way to make sure I'm taken care of. She is thoughtful, considerate, and anticipates the needs of both her clients and stylists. Alisia's fantastic business sense, combined with Tonya's masterful styling has made me a very happy and devoted customer! Thank you, ladies! You're phenomenal!
I love the way this business is ran. It is very professional I especially love my stylist Tonya. She did a splendid job on my hair if you have natural hair I would suggest you go to her.
Michael was extremely patient while doing my hair and seemed to really care about the integrity of my hair as well. He introduced me to a new style that I really liked (flat twists) and did a beautiful updo. He also gave me hair care tips during my service. Very nice man.
My experience at this Salon was not a good one. First of all the prices that are on the website does not apply to the service you will receive. I came in for a Full Head of Highlights and came out with blotches of uneven color in my hair. Micheal was a nice guy but color is not where his expertise is. After Michael put the hair color in which included bleach he proceeded to comb my hair and use a towel to remove the bleach. That's crazy!!!Of course I received breakage, what cosmetologist combs through bleached hair from the root to the tip??? He added on charges that I didn't ask for like toner, and a treatment he made that had my hair hard. I went in expecting to pay $160 and left paying $300 for a hair color I did not ask for. My advice if you're new to Atlanta do not go here!!!!
