This salon has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I visited the salon due to the location being near my home and I would I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere. I have paid for service that they've failed to provide and when verbalizing this to management instead of rectifying the issue I was treated poorly and made to wait an exorbitant amount of time to even proceed with resolution as a paying customer.
Worst manicure EVER. The lady cut my cuticles really bad. She didn't know to cut them at all. She completely missed the cuticle on my index finger. I asked to have another person do my feet because I was afraid for her to touch me again. They didn't offer a discount or anything, in fact they charged me more because I got a buff instead of polish. I will NEVER go back. Beware of this place.
Great art work, but the nails break waaaaayyyy to easy. The nails are very pretty for single event but doesn't seem to last long
Price and amount of avail nail technician. ask for a full set with gel polish. As the nail tech started I noticed he was putting tips on I said aren't they supposed to cover my whole nail? He said no those are clip on and they get water in them. I didn't ask for tips I wanted a full acrylics nail set. I don't have the luxury of getting my nails done often I felt like I was deceived. I will not be back.
Can I do 0 stars?? This is the WORST PLACE EVER!!! They do thin nails to make you come back to pay even more! Terrible customer service with hideous attitudes. They talk down to you and extremely rude.
