A courtesy call ahead of time to reschedule would have be good appreciated rather than wasting my time. Now I have to reschedule at a reputable salon. Thanks!!
I found Jen when my hairstylist of 20 years retired. It was love at first cut. She is super friendly and does fantastic hair styles. I sent several friends her way... they all love her. Cut, color, and curls; you can trust she will make your dreams come true.
Absolutely love coming in seeing the magic Jennifer accomplishes hair. Very talented in what she does I would never go any where else for my hair needs, she is great at what she does.
Amazing. Jenn was super friendly and did an awesome job. We cut off 9 inches of my hair so I could donate it and I was super nervous but the cut and color she gave me were awesome! I don't get my hair done often and usually go to a different person every time but I will for sure be going back to see Jenn next time. Can't recommend her enough!
Scheduled appointment about 2 weeks in advance. Drive a half hour to get to location, stylist advises she is running behind and cannot fulfill my appointment. No regard to how I planned my day for this appointment. Would advise to the stylist to not double book herself and also give your client a heads up that the appointment cannot happen. My haircut was planned as I need to take engagement pics. So now I have to find someone new and reschedule photos. Lovely.
