I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I wanted to get my wife something for her birthday so I surprised her with a Groupon for eyelash extensions. They don't answer their phone and they don't return calls. Bad customer service and although we have no idea the quality of the work, the hassle of trying to get scheduled was a big enough headache to turn us off. No Bueno!!!
Vicki is fantastic!! We had such a good time chatting and she has such an easy going way about her, plus she knows her stuff. I just wanted a trim with some layers and it looks so lovely! We chatted about what I was looking for, and scrolled through Pinterest for visuals, and she totally got it and had good suggestions. The salon itself is inside a professional building off Central Expressway, but they have free valet for easy parking, and the salon is inside just to the left of the directory. All the ladies in the salon were super nice and friendly, too, and offered me drinks. It's not super modern or fancy, but it was very inviting. I used a Groupon to try it out, but I will definitely be back!

I've gone to Vicki twice, absolutely loved my cut both times, and will be going to her again. I love the way she styles it after, it's more special than what I do myself day-to-day, but it's not too over the top either. She recommended many products for my hair type, none of which were things you purchase at the salon (aka making money from pushing products) but rather just giving me tips to style it myself. I appreciate her straight forward honesty and how relaxed the salon feels. The salon has valet parking, so bring a little cash.
