Khanh is fabulous! I have been coming to Salon Jubilee ever since movingto Rosemount. She's the only one that is able to do exactly what I want with my hair. She's taken lighter and then darker and always gets me my beloved tousled layers right. The salon is located in a shopping center right of of Pilot Knob, a few doors down from Domino's Pizza. I love that the salon is also Christian faith based. It's a cozy friendly space with talented stylists. Pricing is fair for the caliber of work to boot!
Omg this place is so great! The lady that did my hair was so sweet and friendly, she was so patient and considerate..I wanted a pixie hair but didn't know if it's gonna work with my face shape and she was so helpful and gave me advices on what style gonna work for my face and the result is amazingly I look so chic and the price was so reasonable. Definitely recommended
I had my hair cut by Tia. She was just a doll! I enjoyed her company and our conversation. The salon is very quaint and welcoming! It's a clean and professional atmosphere; plus, you just can't beat the price! A wash, cut, and quick dry for under $20! Tia did a great job at listening to what I wanted and making a recommendation. I'm very happy with my hair cut and how great my hair feels! Definitely recommend this place!

I got a great haircut and it was such a pleasant little shop. Everyone was friendly and relaxed. The price was great too. Wash cut and style for just under $20.
