never going here again , i bought nose rings and made my nose bleed and now it's irritated and the asian lady didn't let me exchange or get my money back don't recommend at all , rude asf.

Very clean store, the prices are a little high in my opinion, but overall it's a decent place.

I went here one time to inquire about hair extensions (I have never bought hair extensions or wigs so I am not knowledgeable about these products). As soon as I went inside I saw an older Asian couple (which I assume were the owners as they were giving orders and managing things in general) and a younger employee, as I am walking through the store I notice the older guy is following me but didn't ask if I needed anything, he was just keeping an eye on me. I proceeded to walk around as I wasn't sure where the hair extensions were located. I found myself in the wig area and continued to look around for extensions, I accidentally knocked a wig out of the shelf and both owners looked at me as if I had just insulted their whole family (seriously, they gave me the meanest look) so then the older lady approached me and while looking annoyed she asked if I needed any help. I said no at first but then I retracted myself and asked her about the extensions, while also asking if they had clip-in extensions, she answered again in an annoyed way saying extensions were not in that area, I said I know, I still want to know if you have clip-in extensions, she just said yeah and I walked away after awkwardly standing there with her. The younger lady was the one that helped me my questions about extensions but she was also a little short on the answers as I was asking about the difference, price, etc. I found one pack that I liked and the price was not bad but the younger lady kept on making comments as if I was too stupid to comprehend that the extensions were not the same color as my hair (I mean I can dye my hair or the extensions or both so I didn't see a problem in that) so then she found another pack that was more similar to my hair color and I asked her if everything was the same like the other pack, assuming price was also the same, so then she walked to the cash register with the extensions in her hand and said the price to the older lady. I thought I heard her wrong because it was more than the original price I thought I was going to pay (not blaming her for this as I could have assumed wrong in the same price when I asked her if everything was the same) so anyway, it's my turn to pay and I asked the older lady the price again and it was definitely more than what I wanted to spend so I told her I actually changed my mind on the extensions and I continued to wanting to pay for some makeup I also wanted to get, she then yelled as loud as she could calling the younger girl saying "put these back, she says she doesn't want them anymore" in a very annoyed and aggressive way in front of everyone. I personally don't feel embarrassed about situations like these but there are people that could feel that way, they can definitely be friendlier and have more patience with people that don't know much about these products.
