I had Lisa D put in highlights and a cut. She did an amazing job! I had not had my hair done in months so I was thankful she could fit me in before vacation.
Call for an appointment and you get a recording. A terse call back 1 or 2 days later with a take it or leave it offer on a Wednesday afternoon. I say I work full time and would like a Saturday appointment (website states they are open Saturdays). The irritable woman on the phone tells me she doesn't work on Saturdays and has done this for over 40 years. Uh, so? Said she would forward my request to the owner. No call back. Obviously not looking for new business. Or good reviews.
My husband and I walked into Salon Gregory and we're greeted very rudely. I assume it was the owner who made an appointment for me to do my hair, and I said let me just to let you know, and she immediately erased it out of her book and started fighting with me. They were very uncooperative and very poor service, and should not be in the people business lacking people skills. I have never in my life seen such a bad attitude and ignorance. I wish them luck because they won't be in business long.
If I could, I'd fly to Palm Springs just to have Annette Sandee do my hair. While on vacation, I was lucky to be introduced to her. My long hair was to say the least fatigued, after traveling, laying in the sun, etc. I took Annette's suggestions and she colored my hair beautifully. It was streaked with different shades of blond and silky smooth when I left the salon. I've never received so many compliments on my hair, and must say I kept looking in the mirror myself after I left the salon Thank you Annette. If I'm anywhere near Palm Springs, I'll be back.
This is a busy, popular salon which I found highly recommended on Nextdoor. I've had my hair cut and colored by Annette Sandy 5 times, and find she is an excellent beautician! Sending my picky husband, and I would recommend her to all! Next to her is Lupe, and I've watched her work her magic on others, and would recommend her too!
